I was fleshing out the Asian-type humans today and it got me thinking about what authors influence me. I would say that David Eddings has really influenced me the most. The Riven Codex is almost like a bible to me. It keep it nearby and reference it almost once a day.

Here is a peek at the Ajori/Shinai human race (East Asian Analog)

The Shinai skin tone ranges from pale to tan with a yellow undertone. Hair color is black or dark brown and straight and their almond shaped eyes are normally brown however blue or green are possible but very rare. Clothing normally consists of silk tunic and pants for men and silk dresses (sometime elaborate) for women of varying colors. Jewelry is most commonly made of pearls, gold and jade.
